Allergen Information

At Darbar Heights, your safety and dining experience are very important to us. We understand that some of our guests have food allergies or dietary requirements, and we want everyone to enjoy their meal with confidence.

Our dishes are freshly prepared using a wide variety of ingredients. While we take great care when preparing your food, please note that all dishes are made in a kitchen where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, shellfish, and mustard may be present.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let a member of our team know before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you choose something suitable and answer any questions about our menu.
